END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

You receive a license for the use of "Wisp Light" ("the Software Product"), not ownership of the Software Product. This Software Product is protected by copyright laws and treatise as well as other forms of intellectual property. Geant4-Resouces.com or its proprietors, affiliates and suppliers (collectively "G4Resources") own intellectual property rights in all parts of the Software Product not covered by other license agreements. The licensee's ("you" or "your") license to download, use, copy, or change the Software Product is subject to these rights and all terms and condition of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").


Acceptance
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE T BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, USING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Delivered components not covered by this license agreement
Along with the Software Product, the following libraries and miscallaeous items are provided. These are created by third parties and covered by separate licensing terms. The seperately licensed components are:
QT5.0.2, covered by the LGPL-License
Geant4
Irrlicht
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

All required components from QT5.0.2, Geant4 and Irrlicht are dynamically linked and provided as DLL files. QT5.0.2 components are the standard binary. Under the LGPL you are permitted to make any modifications to the QT components, such as substituting your own, proprietary version, for the DLL files provided. The full LGPL-License is provided in a subdirectory of the installed software product.

License Grant
This Agreement entitles you to install and use one copy of the Software Product. In addition, you may make one archival copy of the Software Product. Multiple copy use or installation is only allowed if you obtain an appropriate license agreement for each user and each copy of the Software Product.

Restrictions on Transfer
Without first obtaining the express written consent of G4Resources, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement, or redistribute, sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer your rights to Software Product.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability
G4RESOURCES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIEDE, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

G4RESOURCES MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE UNDER YOUR SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF USE. G4RESOURCES MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL BE SECURE, ERROR FREE OR FREE FROM INTERRUPTION. YOU BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS INCURRED DUE TO FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR DUE TO USE OF THE SOFTWARE. G4RESOURCES WILL NOT, UNDERANYCIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF DATA ON ANY COMPUTER OR INFORMATION STORAGE DEVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUSTANCES SHALL G4RESCOURCESBE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUETIAL, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF NY KIND, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES AND OR PROFITS, RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF THE sOFTWARE PRODUCT, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF G4RESOURCES OR ANY OTHER PARTY. TO THE EXTENT THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION LIMITS G4RESOURCES'S ABILITY TO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIE, THIS DISCLAIMER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany

Severability
If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid ro unenforcable, the remainder  of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent any express orimplied restrictions are not permitted by applicable laws, these express or implied  restirctions shall remain in effect ot the maximum extent permitted by such applicable law.
